Boats on Port/Port basis (FCL): WeShipBoats is responsible for picking up the flatrack from the shipping Line and the Shipper is responsible for loading and securing the boats and cradles (trailer). Corner must be
open for loading.

Boats on a Pier Delivery Basis (LCL): WeShipBoats is required to make an appointment with the shipping Line for boat delivery to stevedores at the port. The appointment must be made with sufficient time and advance
notice in order to avoid delays and extra charges. 48 hours (minimum) is required.

Boats on a Shipside Break-Bulk Delivery (Truck or Water): WeShipBoats is required to maintain telephone contact with the shipping Line to insure and verify vessel arrival and gang
commencement times. Vessel arrival and gang schedules are not guaranteed.

WeShipBoats is required to be on time with boat deliveries to avoid delays to vessel and extra cost. The shipping line cannot guarantee the time of discharge or loading to/from the water or truck.

The shipping line can not guarantee extra time or space at port for removal of propellers, shrink wrapping, cleaning or any other maintenance work. All work at the port requires prior advance notice. If the shipper
requires extra work for the preparation of the boat for shipping, the shipper will require to submit extra work request through WeShipBoats at the time of rate request. All personnel working on the port premises or
boarding vessels will be required to sign a letter of indemnity.

Port of Miami Security requires that WeShipBoats provide them with a letter authorizing the work with names of workers, captains or carriers bringing cargo to the port. The letter requires a driver's license or
passport number. NO one will be allowed to enter the port without the proper authorization from Port Security.

Shipping Preparations: Drain all fuel tanks, drain all water tanks, disconnect batteries and tape cables or supply hazardous cargo declarations. Note all hazardous cargo must be surrendered to the port with proper
documentation 24 hours prior to vessel arrival.
